OOOH Edward.....

As most of you know the fictional character of Edward Cullen might be my Baby Daddy for Tater! They look really similar............
Don't act like you don't see the Vamp in him!

And my baby has fangs
See?!
So Breaking Dawn Part 1 comes out tonight and me and Mom are ready! She's reread the book and I have spent endless hours day dreaming on Bella getting killed off and me and Edward living Happily Ever After! Now we are a little( a lot really!) that our partner in crime Dani is not here to watch with us but we will try to get through it without her!

The long road to Forks

Port Angeles! The movie theatre and all the shopping you can do!

And this is why my Mommy rocks!!!!!!

I had a sucky week and this is what my Mommy made for Saturday night dinner!!!

Steak, mashed potatoes, asparagus wrapped in bacon

Halloween

The Punkies are finally enjoying the holidays with me!!! This is the first year that we were really able to decorate and do fun things leading up to Halloween.  Bu wanted to be Superman, Zo Spiderman, Princess was Foofa from Yo Gabba Gabba and Tater was Plex.  Sadly my big boys did not get to celebrate on the actual day due to making poor choices but the Littles had a blast.

After a trip to the Pumpkin farm we painted pumpkins!

Mommy made crescent ghosts, werewolf spicy balls and baby mummies(with candy corn and mini kiwi or baby ogre eyes!) for dinner!!!

And they we got to dress up!

It was a fun night and the Princess thought the best part was when we got home from getting our treats and she got in her feetie jammies and handed out candy to the trick or treaters!!!

Friday Nights at the Clark King House

Friday nights at the Clark-King house are pizza and movie nights! I usually make homemade pizza and the Punkies pick a dessert they may want to try.

spicy sausage

I roasted different colored peppers

Little pizza doughs

This week was a little different!  I made little individual pizzas for the Punkies to dress their own and they loved it!!!!

Tater munchin on pepperoni

Bu putting on peppers and mushrooms

Princess adding sausage waiting on the cheese!

Bu decided bacon would be good too!
I put out a ton of toppings with hopes they would try new things and it worked not only did they choose the beloved pepperoni but they put some veggies on it too!  It all went pretty well the only thing that I might suggest is doing the put together earlier in the day and cooking them up so they will be ready at dinner time.  It took a little while for everyone's to get done so they were nibbling and talking to Gampi on the computer being a little grumpy!

See what I made?!

Mmmmmm Good!

The child never sits still!

Mommy's pizza!

Everyone was happy!!!!!!

Now on to dessert!

The mini pineapple upside down cakes were a hit!!! The babies and Mama all loved them!

Here's the recipe...........
1 can (20 ounce) canned crushed pineapple
1/3 cup butter
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
12-15 maraschino cherries cut in half(i left them whole cause that is their favorite part)
1 package yellow cake mix

Drain pineapple; reserve the juice.  Stir together melted butter and brown sugar. Evenly divide sugar mixture into muffin cups sprayed with nonstick cooking spray( So I buttered my pan they come out better and help but a crispy little crunch to the cakes).  Evenly divide the pineapple over sugar mixture. Place cherries in the center

Prepare your cake mix according to directions, replacing amount of water with reserved pineapple juice and water(I topped off the pineapple juice with orange juice instead of water and it adds a nice punch to the flavor!).

Evenly pour batter (about 1/4 cup) into muffin cups.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes(this is an important step!). Loosen edges and turn over onto serving plate.

Yummooo!!

We had left overs that the Punkies and Mama ate for breakfast Saturday morning!!
